HOW MUCH TIME WILL TAKE FOR THE APPROVAL

dEAR aLL,
I have applied HSMP on 20 th march but till now i did't get any reply from home office...? how mcuh time normally will it take to approve...
In which rules my HSMP wil be considerd?
